What parking options are available?
Parking is first come, first served and free of charge. All residents are required to display a parking decal to park in resident parking areas.

Bivens Cove is conveniently located near several major employers including UF Health Shands, the University of Florida, Meridian, and several hotels in the area.
Are there shopping and dining options nearby? What are the hot spots?
Plenty of great options are just minutes away. Grab groceries at Aldi or pick up essentials at CVS. When it comes to dining, residents enjoy a variety of local favorites including IHOP, Chopstix Café, Gyro Plus, La Tienda, Steak 'n Shake, 7 Brew, Wah Ha Ha Thai Food, and Seoul Pocha Korean Pub and Grill.
Are parks or outdoor recreation areas nearby?
Yes! Squirrel Ridge Park and Sweetwater Wetlands Park are both nearby, offering great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Bivens Cove also has its own nature trail located right at the back of the community.
